Dubai and Tokyo Set to Revolutionize the Crypto World! Discover the Crypto Tower and Bitcoin Hotel

Dubai, UAE — In an exciting development for the cryptocurrency landscape, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has announced plans to construct a 17-story Crypto Tower in Dubai, set to open in 2027. Meanwhile, in Tokyo, an innovative Bitcoin hotel is gearing up to welcome its first guests in the third quarter of 2025.
Crypto Tower: A Beacon of Innovation in Dubai
The Crypto Tower will serve as an innovation hub utilizing blockchain technology to facilitate interactions and transactions among tenants. According to Ahmed Bin Sulayem, DMCC’s Executive Chairman, the tower will feature:
- Nine floors of offices dedicated to crypto asset startups.
- Three floors for blockchain incubators.
- A floor for artificial intelligence innovation.
- A crypto club and an NFT art gallery.
“This launch is a tangible demonstration of the future of Web3, where transparency and ownership are guaranteed by blockchain technology,” Sulayem stated.
The Crypto Tower is expected to be fully operational shortly after its completion in the first quarter of 2027. DMCC already operates a crypto center in Uptown Tower, providing licenses and regulatory support to businesses in the sector.
Bitcoin Hotel in Tokyo: A Hub for Adoption and Education
On the other hand, the Bitcoin hotel in Tokyo, operated by Metaplanet, aims to be a center for Bitcoin adoption, education, and community. This hotel will include:
- A Bitcoin gallery.
- An art museum.
- Collaborative workspaces.
Additionally, investment firm IKAR Holdings plans to create a chain of Bitcoin-themed hotels, seeking to acquire properties in Portugal and Cyprus.
With these projects, both Dubai and Tokyo are positioning themselves as leaders in cryptocurrency adoption, offering innovative spaces that promote education and the use of emerging technologies.
